Role Summary
The Marketing Officer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of NIMED Capital’s marketing and communication initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility, generating quality leads, and strengthening client and investor relationships.
The role focuses on traditional and relationship-driven marketing activities including corporate events, client engagement programs, investor education, and strategic partnerships, while supporting digital channels as part of an integrated communication approach.
This position requires a proactive and creative professional capable of aligning marketing efforts with business goals to position NIMED Capital as a trusted and reputable investment partner.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote NIMED Capital’s mutual funds, investment products, and corporate initiatives.

Coordinate with the Business Development and Client Service teams to nurture leads, support investor outreach, and ensure consistent client communication.

Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, investor forums, roadshows, and brand activations to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, brochures, and investor education content.

Manage relationships with media houses, creative vendors, and regulatory partners to ensure brand alignment and compliance.

Support public relations efforts including press releases, announcements, and internal communication updates.

Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies and positioning.

Prepare and submit periodic marketing reports on campaign activities, client engagement, and overall performance outcomes.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in marketing or corporate communications (preferably within the financial services or investment industry).

Valid SEC Ghana License (mandatory) — required for all staff engaged in the marketing and promotion of investment products.

Strong understanding of traditional marketing principles, brand management, and client relationship building.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Working knowledge of digital tools and social media platforms is an advantage, but not the core focus of the role.
